VIDEO: Sarasota police seek man filmed trying to break into trailer

— Sarasota Police detectives are looking for a man who was caught on camera trying to break into a work trailer.

The breakin occurred between 11 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. Sunday at Andy’s Professional Grounds Maintenance at 2175 9th St., according to a news release Tuesday.

The video shows a man walking up to the trailer and attempting to break in using some type of tool or metal bar. Detectives believe the man broke in through a locked fence, the release stated. The man failed to break into the trailer, and the camera captured him walking away.
