Charles "Chuck" Vargo and Mary Vargo of The Vargo Team have joined RE/MAX Alliance Group in the Sarasota office. Before joining RE/MAX they worked for Michael Saunders & Co. for four years. They specialize in golf community properties, as well as luxury homes.

The Vargos moved to Sarasota 13 years ago from Racine, Wis., where they were owners of a leading Coldwell Banker franchise from 1985 to 2000. Their focus on customer service and commitment to high professional standards helped earn them consistent awards from Coldwell Banker as well as their local Realtor board. They also owned a title company for 15 years.

JP Blair has joined the Gettel Super Center as the general sales manager. Blair will be responsible for sales team leadership, as well as general sales management responsibilities. Blair has 12 years of experience in the automotive field. He holds a degree in criminal justice.

Thomas C. Lloyd has joined the BMO Private Bank team of professional wealth advisers as a private banking associate. Formerly with BMO Harris Bank, BMO Financial Group's retail and commercial banking entity, Lloyd has six years of financial industry experience and is an active community volunteer involved with "Just for Girls," a non-profit serving at-risk girls in Bradenton.

Matthew D. Westerman, Florida Board Certified labor and employment attorney at Blalock Walters, has joined the Board of Directors of The Child Protection Center Inc. Established in 1980, the CPC works together with the Department of Children and Families and Law Enforcement in the investigation of child abuse cases and also coordinates community-wide services for affected children. Westerman received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law and bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida.

RoseBay International has recognized its top producers for the first quarter the company's best since the real estate recovery began. Lorna

Leduc was the top sales agent and Margaret Dahl was the top property manager.

Linda Roe Dickinson and Kelly Quigley -- agents in Michael Saunders & Co.'s Palmer Ranch office -- have joined forces to form the company's newest team of agents. The pairing takes effect immediately, though the two accomplished agents have often worked in tandem over the past year, during which time they completed four successful transactions. Dickinson -- who has been the company's top-producing agent for nine consecutive years -- will partner with Quigley, who has achieved the highest number of unit sales in the Palmer Ranch office the past two years. Both are ranked in the top 2 percent of Sarasota Realtors.
