Guess Who inappropriate for Palmetto's Fourth of July concert

June 15, 2013

Who's in charge? I see in the paper that the pavilion at Sutton Park will be ready for the Fourth of July -- with The Guess Who appearing.

I find it offensive that on our country's birthday the band that became famous for singing an anti-American song ("American Woman") is the best you can do. I for one will not be there and I urge other people to boycott this un-American band (Canadians).

There is time to change it; get someone else. There are many local bands I would rather see.
