Property near Blake Medical Center sells for $6.1 million

A company managed by the CEO and CFO of Eye Associates bought the medical group's office building for $6.1 million from the Eye Associates, according to real estate records.

OZ Holdings LLC, managed by John Swencki, CEO for The Eye Associates and Robert Marshall, the company's Chief Financial Officer, in Bradenton bought the medical office space directly across the street from Blake Medical Center.

The properties include a 14,480-square-foot office space at 6002 Pointe West Blvd., home to The Eye Associates; a .07-acre vacant commercial lot at 2207 60th St. W.; a 3,875-square-foot unit at 2203 61st St. W.; a 6,736-square-foot space on 1.6 acres at 2101 61st St. W.; and parking lots.

The Eye Associates has five offices from Sun City to Sarasota, including the west Bradenton location, a location in Ellenton and one in East Manatee.
