Bradenton Marauders spank Tampa Yankees 12-4

Top prospects Gregory Polanco and Alen Hanson each flirted with the cycle as the Bradenton Marauders banged out 15 hits and rolled over the Tampa Yankees 12-4 on Wednesday before 661 fans at McKechnie Field.

Polanco went 4-for-5 with two singles, a double and home run, knocking in three runs and scoring three times. Hanson went 4-for-5 with a single, double and two triples, scoring three times. Zack Dodson earned the win, pitching six innings and striking out five on the night.

Dan Grovatt hit his first home run of the season for the Marauders.

Elias Diaz homered for the second time this season. Diaz has homered in consecutive games.
