Man, 2 teens charged with drug, weapons charges after trespass at Bradenton house

MANATEE -- Three people, including two juveniles, were arrested on drug and weapons charges after they were caught trespassing at a foreclosed house in the 1200 block of 34th Avenue East, Bradenton, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responding to a report found Andrew L. Rosa, 45, and two 17-year-old boys on the porch of the house. All three had been smoking marijuana, and a search revealed that one of the teens was carrying a loaded .22-caliber revolver and small bag of ammunition, according to a news release.

The teens were taken to a medical facility and then to a juvenile detention center.

Rosa was taken to the Manatee County jail.
