Three Manatee men robbed at gunpoint Saturday

— Three men standing in a driveway of a home on 10th Street East early Saturday were robbed at gunpoint, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.

According to a news release, the men were in the driveway in the 6100 block of 10th Street East when two males approached them, one carrying a black semiautomatic handgun, the other an assault rifle.

The suspects pointed the guns at the victims' heads and ordered them to pull their pants down, and give them all their money and property. Once the suspects had the victim`s property, they told the victims to count or they would kill them, deputies reported.

The suspects then ran away southbound. No injuries were reported.

The suspects were described as about 25-30 years old, between 5 foot 10 inches and 6 feet 1 inches tall, thin, wearing black T-shirts and black shorts.
