MANATEE — The Florida Highway Patrol reported the driver and three passengers of a truck that rolled several times after a collision Saturday survived the crash with minor injuries. Trooper Gerry Smith reported a 2010 Toyota Corolla driven by Katlin O’Neil of Bradenton was traveling west on State Road 64 at 7:55 p.m. Saturday when a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado attempted to pass. Smith reported the Corolla made a left turn into a private driveway on the south side of SR 64 as the truck was passing and struck the right side of the Silverado causing it to overturn several times. No injuries were reported in O’Neil’s vehicle, which contained one passenger. The truck driver, Anselmo Bautista, 31; and passengers, Jessica Reyna, 30; Antelmo Bautista, 14; and 10-year-old Alexi Bautista, all of Myakka City, were treated for minor injuries at Blake Medical Center and released. All were wearing seat belts or child restraints. O’Neil was cited for improper lane change. — Herald staff report
