For the second straight day, Bayshore's Class 5A-Region 3 softball semifinal at Tampa Blake was suspended due to inclement weather.

The game was halted with the score 6-6 in the bottom of third after a ball was thrown to Blake's leadoff hitter in the inning, Vicki Bailey.

On Tuesday, the game was stopped in the bottom of the first with Blake leading 3-1. Blake scored three more times, before Bayshore stormed back with two runs in the second and three more in the third.

Lashara James had a two-run single, while Kassidy Clifford drove in one run on a groundout. The other two Bayshore runs came on a failed squeeze bunt play that Taylor Izatt scored after getting into a rundown, and Ashley Perry came in on Izatt's fielder's choice.

The game has been tentatively rescheduled for noon Thursday at Blake.
