ANNA MARIA -- A Swedish company purchased its second Anna Maria Island home after completing a $2.2 million deal on a Gulf-side home.

J Telander Holdings AB purchased a rental property at 793 North Shore Drive on April 10 from Douglas Radtke of Saint Paul, Minn. The 3,100-square-foot home was built in 1981 and reconstructed in 2001, according to Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island, which represented both the buyer and the seller.

The home features five bedrooms, three baths and was on the market for $2.4 million. Radtke purchased the home for $515,000 in April 1999.

The property will no longer be available as a vacation rental and will be used as a primary residence, said Adele Holland, the Island Real Estate agent who represented the seller.

Telander also purchased a Bradenton Beach condo, 2600 Gulf Drive N., Unit 27, in June 2012 for $632,000, according to property records.
