Man hurt in hit-and-run crash in Bradenton

MANATEE -- Florida Highway Patrol troopers were looking for a hit-and-run driver they say left another motorist with minor injuries, according to a report.

About 11:25 p.m. Sunday, the driver of a Lincoln turned onto southbound U.S. 41 from the driveway at 5410 14th St. W. and collided with a 2010 Ford Focus. The driver of the Lincoln -- who was wearing what was described as a McDonald's uniform -- fled the scene.

FHP said the driver of the Focus suffered minor injuries.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or knows the identity of the hit-and-run driver and/or the vehicle, can call FHP at 239-938-1800.
