Natalie Greenberg has joined Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., as an associate practicing real estate law. Greenberg was most recently an attorney with the Law Office of Michael A. Kaufman, P.A., in West Palm Beach. She graduated from The University of Central Florida where she earned a bachelor of arts in legal studies and business administration. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, in 2012. She is a Sarasota native. Greenberg is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, the Sarasota Association of Realtors and Legal Aid of Manasota.

Anne Chauvet of Critical Care & Veterinary Specialists of Sarasota LLC recently completed training in interventional radiology. She is offering minimally invasive stenting. Stenting, with the aid of imaging technology like MRI and ultrasound for placement, can be used to improve breathing for tracheal collapse, bladder tumors, prostate or urethral disease, liver bypass and other conditions. She completed training at the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine's Veterinary Interventional Radiology Summit in Las Vegas. Chauvet founded Veterinary Neuro Services LLC and Critical Care & Veterinary Specialists of Sarasota, LLC, to provide highly advanced specialty care and emergency medicine for pets. Chauvet earned her doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada, completed a small animal medicine/surgery internship at the University of Illinois in Urbana and finished her residency in neurology/neurosurgery at the University of California-Davis.

Alexandria Davis has passed the CPA exam to obtain the certified public accountant license. Davis was hired as a tax staff accountant at CS&L CPAs in January 2012. She graduated from the University of South

Florida in August 2010 with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a bachelor of science in finance.

Davis volunteers as a Teen Mentor for Children First. She is also the treasurer for a fairly new organization, SISTAH, a local women's empowerment group.

Humberto and Kristi Romo have joined Wagner Realty in the Lakewood Ranch office. Both have an mba from california state university and a bs degree in real estate and finance from California Polytechnic University.

In addition, both had a career in banking. Humberto Romo was a branch manager at several national banks for more than 12 years.

Kristi Romo served as a bank officer and loan underwriter for 10 years. Their experience has prepared them to work with buyers and sellers from listing to closing.

The Romos live in Lakewood Ranch.

Renee Marquiss ofXena Vallone Realty has earned her real estate broker's license.

Marquiss is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors Board of Directors and chairs the association's Professional Development Committee.

She also serves on the Realtor/Attorney Joint Committee.
