MANATEE -- Showers and thunderstorms are again likely Friday, with the best chance coming between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
Skies will start cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 75 and south-southwesterly winds of 9 to 17 mph becoming west-northwesterly in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph, according to the Weather Service.
The chance of rain is 70 percent.
Friday night, skies will be partly cloudy, with a low around 59, with northerly winds of 10 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.
Warm, sunny conditions are expected on Saturday and Sunday.
