South Florida Museum's Couture in the Courtyard a fashionable fundraiser

March 29, 2013

More than 400 people enjoyed a Champagne luncheon featuring a stunning runway fashion show by Saks Fifth Avenue in the South Florida Museum's Spanish Plaza for the fourth annual Couture in the Courtyard fundraiser on March 4.

"We so appreciate the continued support of Hancock Bank as our presenting sponsor and Saks Fifth Avenue as the gold sponsor," said committee chair Jeanie Kirkpatrick. "The setting was beautiful, the weather was fabulous and the fashions and models were spectacular."

Other major supporters included Silver Sponsors Mosaic and Jeanie and Sandy Kirkpatrick. Thanks to a closed-circuit feed of the runway show by METV, more people could attend the sold-out event. Proceeds from the event benefit the museum's educational programs and exhibitions.
