MANATEE -- Afternoon showers are possible Friday in Bradenton, according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters are calling for mostly sunny skies, with a high near 75 and east-northeasterly winds of 7 to 10 mph becoming south-southeasterly in the afternoon.
Friday night, skies are expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. There is a 20 percent chance of rain; and patchy fog is possible after 11 p.m., according to the Weather Service.
For Saturday, forecasters were calling for partly cloudy skies and a high of 81 and low of 68. The chance of rain is 30 percent.
