BRADENTON -- No injuries were reported Wednesday morning at a house fire in Bradenton.
The Bradenton Fire Department responded about 10:04 a.m. to a residential structure fire in the 4100 block of 40th Street West.
Responders observed smoke and flames at the rear of the home, according to the fire department.
The blaze was brought under control at 10:27 a.m.
Damage is estimated at $25,000. One resident is being helped by the Red Cross, according to the fire department.
Bradenton Fire Department was assisted by three Cedar Hammock Fire and Rescue personnel and one ambulance.
The cause of the fire is undetermined. An investigation is ongoing.
