Recap: Cleveland vs. San Francisco

Delvi Cid hit a two-run triple in the bottom of the ninth inning to boost Cleveland to a 4-3 spring training win over the San Francisco Giants.

Asdrubal Cabrera hit his first home run of the spring for the Indians, who received five innings from starter Carlos Carrasco. He fanned five and allowed two hits.

Chris Heston allowed four hits, including Cabrera's homer in the first inning. Heston pitched four innings.

Roger Kieschnick doubled twice and scored two times for the Giants.
