Local pairs win fitness competition in St. Petersburg
Local crossfit athletes competed in the Shillelagh Smackdown at the Crossfit St. Pete, where teams of athletes competed in three workouts throughout the day.
There were three divisions: men's, women's and mixed teams. Chef Jamie Gregorich of Longboat Key, and the TV show "Hell's Kitchen" fame, and her teammate, Keith Alkire, won the mixed team division. Manatee residents Aimee Donaldson Hall and Amy Royall won the women's division.
