Gerardo Parra went 2-for-3 with an RBI for Arizona as the Diamondbacks and Oakland Athletics played to a 2-2 final in spring training action.

Paul Goldschmidt drove in the other run while Brandon McCarthy worked four innings in the start and gave up two runs on three hits with a pair of walks and six strikeouts for the Diamondbacks.

Seth Smith and John Jason each drove in a run for the Athletics, who received four innings from starter Bartolo Colon as he gave up two runs on six hits with three strikeouts.
