Shoe Carnival celebration

During its March 16 grand opening Shoe Carnival will offer:

n A drawing for free shoes for a year at 10 a.m.

n A drawing for $1,000 cash, courtesy of Skechers at 11 a.m.

n Doorbuster deals from 9 a.m. to noon.

n Prizes and giveaway all weekend long.
