PALMETTO -- The Bay Club at Terra Ceia Bay has moved its sales office three times in the past three months, as each office gets sold. The sales team is in its last phase at the waterfront condominium property in Palmetto with just 12 units available.
"We sell every sales office we move into, and we're beginning to feel like nomads," said Joe Romanowski, project manager at Terra Ceia Bay. "This time we are going to 1905 in Bay Club, which has stunning views of the water, the Sunshine Skyway and St. Petersburg."
In October, The Bay Club unveiled two new models in the high-rise condominium. Since then, sales have picked up tremendously. One model is 2120 square feet and the other is 2420 square feet under air-conditioned space.
"We have seen a tremendous market recovery here over the past six months, Romanowski said. "That coupled with the fact that every condominium here is ready for buyers to move into immediately has driven our recent sales success."
Bay Club is the newest addition to Terra Ceia Bay.
The Sales Office is located at 2825 Terra Ceia Bay Blvd. and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
One show and gone - Golden Apple closes again
SARASOTA -- The recently re-opened Golden Apple Celebrity Theater has closed again.
The Golden Apple Dinner Theater was evicted from its home of 40 years in September and re-opened with a slightly different name and some new owners, in late December. It staged just one show, a comedy called "Viagra Falls," before it was shuttered once again.
"The tenant turned over the keys," said Charles Bartlett, the attorney for Golden Coast of Sarasota, the company that owns the property. "They had a long-term lease and they had fallen behind on the payments. If they had not turned over the keys, eviction proceedings would have been initiated."
Attempts to reach Golden Apple's owners for comment were unsuccessful. The phone has apparently been disconnected and the website has been taken down. An e-mail to one of the owners received no reply.
Bartlett said the Golden Coast of Sarasota is talking to several prospective new tenants.

Both firms will examine all auction inventory introduced at the event. The auction at The Francis
