MIA hunter to discuss program
BRADENTON -- Bryan Moon, coordinator of MIA Hunters, will be guest speaker for The Military Order of the World Wars at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Renaissance on 9th, 1816 Ninth St. W.
MIA Hunters is an all-volunteer search group dedicated to finding the remains of lost American military and returning them at no charge to families for burial in the United States.
The luncheon is open to the public.

Walking tour of historic Palmetto planned
PALMETTO -- The Palmetto Historical Park and Manatee County Agricultural Museum are hosting a walking tour of historic Palmetto at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
The tour leaves from the historical park at 515 10th Ave. W. This walk, approximately two hours long, will highlight some of the historic buildings downtown and along the riverfront in Palmetto.
It includes a tour of the Palmetto Riverside Bed and Breakfast, which was a Sears and Roebuck house built by the town founder's son, J. A. Lamb. Wear comfortable shoes.

Scott Blum Duo to perform in downtown Bradenton
BRADENTON -- Free live outdoor concerts take place 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays during March at the Historic Manatee County Courthouse, 1115 Manatee Ave. W., as a part of Realize Bradenton's music series.
The Scott Blum Duo will entertain with hits from the 1950s and '60s this week.
