MANATEE — A sun medallion was taken from a lanai during a burglary at a Bradenton residence Wednesday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s office.

About 5:30 p.m., an unknown male wearing a gray T-shirt, tan shorts and blue ball cap entered an unlocked lanai of a home in the 1000 block of 143rd Street Northeast.

The man took a sun medallion hanging from the wall and exited out the door, a report states.

No prints were lifted from the lanai door.
