MANATEE -- Thursday may again feel a little chilly in Bradenton.
The National Weather Service was calling for a high near 64, with wind chill values as low as 40 early. North-northeasterly winds of 9 to 13 mph will turn northwesterly in the afternoon.
Thursday night, skies will be mostly clear, with a low around 46, with northwesterly winds of around 9 mph becoming north-northeasterly after midnight.
