MANATEE -- An armed home invasion was reported in Bradenton late Tuesday, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
About 9:58 p.m., two masked men, one armed with a handgun, approached a man outside his apartment in the 3800 block of Fifth Street East. They then forced him inside, according to a news release.
The two suspects searched the apartment, but it was unknown early Wednesday whether anything had been stolen.
The suspects then fled in an unknown direction, according to the sheriff's office.
No injuries were reported.
