n A majority of menu offerings consist of made-from-scratch entree and side items that are based on proprietary recipes and prepared daily.

n Focus on dinner. In most restaurants, operating hours are limited to dinner only during the weekdays offer more consistent food and service to guests.

n Competitive prices for food and beverages. Guest checks average $15.44 at company units in 2012.
