An associate in the Bradenton office of RE/MAX Alliance Group, Samler is a consistent multimillion-dollar producer. She has served buyers and sellers on the Florida Suncoast for 19 years. The Bradenton office is at 3007 Manatee Avenue W. Samler can be reached at 941-737-7955.

James O. Fergeson Jr., founder and shareholder in the law firm of Fergeson, Skipper, Shaw, Keyser, Baron & Tirabassi, P.A., has been recognized by The Florida Bar for having retained his board certification in tax law and "legal expert" status for 30 continuous years.

In Florida, only board certified lawyers may use the terms "specialist," "expert" or "B.C.S." for Board Certified Specialist when referring to their legal credentials. Board certification evaluates attorneys' special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice.

About 4,600 of Florida's 93,000 lawyers have earned board certification. Florida offers 24 specialty areas for board certification, more than any other state. Board certification is valid for five years, during which time the attorney must continue to practice law and attend Florida Bar-approved continuing legal education courses.
