Recap: Toronto vs. Tampa Bay

Brett Lawrie hit a two-run homer and the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Tampa Bay Rays, 5-4, in spring training action.

Ricardo Nanita added a solo homer for the Blue Jays, who went 2-for-12 with runners in scoring position. Andy LaRoche and Adam Loewen each had an RBI.

Toronto starter Mark Buehrle gave up one run on three hits over two innings. Dave Bush tossed a scoreless sixth to pick up the win.

Shelley Duncan homered and knocked in two runs for the Rays, who went 1-for-10 with RISP. Sean Rodriguez and Stephen Vogt added an RBI apiece.

Tampa Bay starter Jake Odorizzi allowed three runs on five hits over two innings. Mike Montgomery took the loss after giving up two runs in the sixth.
