To have a long-term viewpoint and strategy and along the way to provide value to your clients and to treat everyone in the same manner that you would like to be treated.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

I really like what I do. However, if a choice was given perhaps it would be something on the artistic side as I love woodworking.

What's the biggest risk you have taken in your career?

Buying this company 25 years ago.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

I lived three years in Australia when I was young. I'd revisit it because of its beauty, nature and wildlife.
