BRADENTON — No one was hurt in a Bradenton house fire Tuesday evening
At 5:57 p, Bradenton Fire Department crews responded to a report of a residential structure fire in the 1200 block of Seventh Street Court West. The first responding units found a fire with flames venting from a bedroom window and thick smoke coming from an open front door, according to a news release.
The fire was brought under control at 6:14 p.m.
The damage was estimated at $56,000.
One resident was being assisted by the Red Cross.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
