MANATEE -- The Valentine's Day rain hitting Bradenton is likely to continue deep into the night, according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters say the temperature should hold steady at 64, with northerly winds of 9 to 11 mph. The chance of rain is 90 percent.
Thursday night, expect a low of around 56, with north-northeasterly winds of 7 to 10 mph. The chance of rain is 60 percent through 1 a.m., according to forecasters.
After more clouds and rain on Friday, a second cold front with much colder air will arrive to start the weekend. Some of the coldest air of the season will roll in starting Saturday night, according to Bay News 9.
Saturday night and Sunday night, the expected low in Bradenton is 41, according to the Weather Service. Highs both days should be in the low to mid-60s.
