EAST MANATEE -- Dan Terlescki is the new head professional at The Concession Golf Club. He replaces Tyler Witman, who filled the role on an interim basis after Barry Hinckley left the club late last year.

Terlescki arrives to the East Manatee private club from The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, where he spent the lpast four years. Terlescki was an assistant professional there, and previously spent time working at renowned courses such as The Country Club in Brookline, Mass., and Merion Golf Club in Ardmore, Pa.

"I am very excited to join the team at The Concession Club," said Terlescki in a news release. "This is an amazing facility with a so much potential. I hope to help create an atmosphere that the members are proud to be a part of every day."

The Penn State University graduate has already gotten involved with the club's high profile events. Terlescki stood at the winner's table with Illinois following Saturday's final of the Big Ten Match Play Championship, which was in its second year at The Concession.
