Juco baseball: Manatees complete sweep

BRADENTON -- The State College of Florida Manatees used some big bats Sunday to complete a three-game sweep of the visiting Florida State College BlueWave with a 12-7 win, their fifth victory in a row.

Leading the offensive attack for the Manatees (9-4) were Conner Hale (3-for-4, four RBIs, two runs), Orlando Riveria (3-for-4, two runs, RBI), Colton Davis (2-for-3, three RBIs) and Dalton Busby (2-for-4, three runs, RBI).

Starting pitcher Ben Ancheff went 6 1/3 innings, striking out four and allowing five runs to earn the victory.
