MANATEE -- The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies on Friday.

The high temperature is forecast to be about 75, with northwesterly winds of 7 to 11 mph.

Friday night, skies will turn partly cloudy, with a low around 56 and northerly winds of about 8 mph.

Similar conditions are expected through the weekend, although on Saturday and Sunday winds will be stronger, according to the Weather Service.
