McKechnie Field renovations are nearly complete, with opening day for an intrasquad game on Friday, February 22 and the first day of Grapefruit League on Sunday, February 24. The main scoreboard is at field level in left field, and two other scoreboards have been added above seating. The new construction allows fans a 360 degree view from the new boardwalk with bbq area, the left field party deck or left field covered bleacher seats.
