What was the best business advice you ever received?

Keep in mind that the behavior and the values of the person at the very top of the business permeates throughout.

If you could choose another profession, what would it be?

A docent in any history museum specifically for younger visitors. To me its important that young people know about the past.

What's the biggest risk you have taken in your career?

Changing from being a banker in the U.K. to doing retail in the U.S., specifically in this nonprofit setting.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you start?

On my bucket list are St. Petersburg, Russia, to see the home of the czars and after that Rome, Italy.
