Patchy fog before 9 a.m. was expected to give way to a mostly sunny day, with a high near 82, with southerly winds of 8 to 15 mph and gusts as high as 21 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Tuesday night, skies, will be partly cloud, with a low around 64 and southeasterly winds of 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
