5 appointed to Manatee Housing Authority
MANATEE -- Gov. Rick Scott announced the appointments of James L. Hegemier, Misty M. Servia and Leticia A. Vega, and the reappointments of Linda C. Cinque and Linda C. Gallen to the Manatee County Housing Authority on Monday.
Hegemier, 55, of Parrish, is a sales associate with Leslie Wells Realty. He succeeds Dani Lynn Lolli-Pearson and is appointed for a term beginning Jan. 28, 2013, and ending Jan. 15, 2014.
Servia, 48, of Bradenton, is a planning department manager for King Engineering. She succeeds Marie C. Stenersen for a term beginning Jan. 28, 2013, and ending April 24, 2013.
Vega, 29, of Bradenton, is a licensed nail specialist and previous assistant manager of The Children's Place. She succeeds Kelly Waterman-Johnson and is appointed for a term beginning Jan. 28, 2013, and ending Jan. 5, 2015.
Cinque, 65, of Bradenton, is the president of Linda C. Cinque Real Estate. She is reappointed for a term beginning Jan. 28, 2013, and ending Jan. 5, 2014.
Gallen, 71, of Bradenton, is the owner of Linda Gallen Realty. She is reappointed for a term beginning Jan. 28, 2013, and ending Jan. 9, 2016.
SCF Trustees meeting location shifted
MANATEE -- The location for the State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota District Board of Trustees special meeting at 5 p.m. today has been changed to SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy. E., Center for Innovation and Technology, Selby Room, 116/117.
The meeting was originally scheduled to be held at SCF Bradenton.
