She will present two seminars. The show is the most important event of the year for the U.S. home building industry and is the largest, annual light-construction trade show in the world. With more than 25 years of experience in new home marketing, Weintraub oversees all marketing and public relations for the Lakewood Ranch-based new home building company. She has also been responsible for creating, designing and managing the overall design theme for Neal's communities.

First Bank employees Sally Armendarez and Jacob Macias helped the Dream Oaks Camp nonprofit during United Way Day of Caring.

Armendarez and Macias helped get the cabins and campground cleaned up and decorated for the non-profit organization's annual holiday party. Armendarez is a vice president and business banking officer at First Bank's Cortez location and Macias serves as a customer service manager at First Bank's Manatee branch.

Mary Ann Turner has joined Duncan Real Estate as a new sales associate. Turner was the chief financial officer and partner of Turner Tree and Landscape for more than 25 years.

Bob Carter, president and CEO of Bob Carter Companies LLC, has been sworn in as chair of the board of directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the largest international association of fundraising professionals.

Carter is a specialist in institutional strategy who works with clients throughout the United States, Mexico and Europe.

Dr. Joshua Spanogle, a fellowship-trained Mohs

surgeon from Newport Beach, Calif., has joined the staff of SkinSmart Dermatology in Sarasota.

He has published several fiction works, "Isolation Ward," published in 2006, and "Flawless," published in 2007, and authored numerous medical journal articles published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Journal of Biomedical Materials Research, the Journal of Orthopaedic Research and the American Journal of Bioethics.
