MANATEE -- Patchy fog early Friday was expected to give way to another sunny day in Bradenton.

The National Weather Service said the expected high was near 73, and northeasterly winds of 5 to 8 mph were expected to turn south-southwesterly in the afternoon.

Friday night, patchy dog was expected after 1 a.m. Otherwise, skies will be mostly clear, with a low around 52, according to the Weather Service.
