Vita Bella Productions will host the third annual "Festa!" Italia 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Jan. 26 and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Jan. 27 featuring authentic Italian food, art, carnival and other rides and games, traditional dancing show, a restaurant and a novelty row.
