MANATEE -- Rain is possible Thursday in Bradenton, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters said some areas could see dense fog Thursday. Otherwise, skies will be partly sunny, with a high near 74 and calm winds becoming northwesterly at 5 to 8 mph. The chance of rain after 7 a.m. was listed at 30 percent.

Thursday night, there will be patchy fog. Otherwise, skies will be mostly cloudy with a low around 60 and north-northeasterly winds of about 10 mph. The chance of rain is 40 percent, according to the Weather Service.
