EAST MANATEE -- The driver of a 2005 Chevy Express died about 6:25 a.m. Sunday when failing to make a curve, striking a ditch and over turning several times on State Road 62, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.
The victim, Khonesavanh Cichowski, 54, of Largo, was identified Sunday night after next of kin were notified, according to the FHP.
