TAMPA -- Less than 24 hours after Justin Bieber headlined 93.3-FLZ's annual Jingle Ball at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, the teen-pop star with 3.1 billion YouTube views announced he's returning to the same venue Aug. 8.

The "Believe" tour, produced by AEG Live, starts up again on June 22 in San Diego.

Tickets for the Tampa show start at $36.75 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday (Dec. 14).

A number of VIP packages also will be offered on the upcoming tour through www.aeglive.com.

Teen sensation Bieber and bad girl Ke$ha played the Tampa Bay Times Forum on Sunday as part of the impressive pop lineup for 93.3-FLZ's annual Jingle Ball.

One Republic, Ed Sheeran, Sean Kingston, The Ready Set, Bridgit Mendler, Austin Mahone, Walk the Moon and Zedd with Matthew Koma also performed.

On Friday, Bieber jokingly threatened to cut the long locks of his guitar player during his performance at Z100's annual Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden in New York, according to an Associated Press report.

Bieber asked the crowd for its opinion on the musician's hair before getting back to singing and dancing for the mainly teen crowd, who shrieked throughout his show.

He also teased the audience with mistletoe but gave no smooches, just a Christmas song. Bieber was the final act in a night that also featured performances from Taylor Swift, One Direction, Ne-Yo and The Wanted.
