Manatee Glens having open house
MANATEE -- Manatee Glens Hospital and Addiction Center, the specialty hospital and outpatient practice treating mental health and addictions, is hosting a ribbon-cutting and open house on 4-7 p.m. Dec. 13 to unveil a "patient-centered redesign."
"Our goal was to create a friendlier image for the hospital. We started by eliminating a lot of the barriers. We wanted the visitors to feel more relaxed and comfortable in all of the public spaces, while making it more enjoyable for patient recovery. All of this within budget, of course," said architect Tom Denslow, in a news release.
The Manatee Chamber of Commerce will conduct a ribbon-cutting at 4 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
To RSVP, email events@manateeglens.org.
Manatee Glens Hospital and Addiction Center is at 2020 26th Ave. E., Bradenton.
