Several groups, including State College of Florida's Chamber Choir and the Children's Academy of Southwest Florida, performed Thursday in the courtyard of the Historic Courthouse in downtown Bradenton. After the first group of children sang for the assembled crowd, Santa made an appearance and listened to requests as candy canes were distributed.
