MANATEE -- Scattered showers are expected Thursday in Bradenton, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters said patchy fog is possible before 7 a.m. Otherwise, it will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 76 and easterly winds of 8 to 10 mph. There is a 30 percent chance of scattered showers between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., according to the Weather Service.

Thursday night, there is a 10 percent chance of isolated showers before 7 p.m. Forecasters were calling for mostly cloudy skies and a low around 59, with east-northeasterly winds of 6 to 8 mph.
