SARASOTA -- The Sarasota Young Professionals Group will host its monthly networking event in partnership with Sarasota/Manatee Chapter-Risk Management Association, Young Builders Network and The Community Investment Division for a joint holiday social with a purpose.

The Dec. 6 event will serve as the third annual toy drive to benefit children of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast. Admission to the mixer is free to anyone who brings a new unwrapped children's gift or a gift card.

The event will be held at Libby's Café and Bar from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. There will provide free appetizers and happy hour drink specials. Anyone who would like to donate items for the Toy Drive, but cannot attend the event may drop their donation off at the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, 1945 Fruitville Road in Sarasota.
