Holmes Beach "Concert in the Park": Holmes Beach City Hall Field, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach

Holmes Beach will host "Concert in the Park" 5-10 p.m. Nov. 30 featuring live music by Lipbone Redding, Rick Quimby and Friends and DJ Chris Grumley. There will be retail, arts, crafts, food and beverages. The event is free and open to the public. Information: 941-748-2162.

A unique craft show "Made Here," will be 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Nov. 30 featuring crafts made by local and regional crafts, including ceramics, home accessories, jewelry, paper good, photography, baby gifts, girls' dresses, fabric bags, knitting, paintings, soaps, baked goods and more. Joyland Holiday Benefit Concert: Joyland Country Music Night Club, 5520 14th St. W., Bradenton

Joyland Country Music Night Club is partnering with Manasota Operation Troop Support to host a benefit concert by the band Parmalee 10:30 p.m. Nov. 30 to support local military families of deployed troops in the Middle East. Start your holiday festivities with an old-fashioned Christmas at Christmas in the Park 5-9 p.m. Nov. 30-Dec. 1 with arrival of Santa at 6 p.m. each night. This free event offers vintage toy exhibits, creatively decorated buildings, kids' crafts, entertainment to activities including Letters to Santa, recipe collecting in park buildings, and photo opportunities with Santa. The 20th Annual Sarasota Craft Show will be 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov. 30-Dec. 1 and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Dec. 2. The show will feature jewelry, ceramics, wearable art, wood, leather, metal, painting, glass, sculptures, mixed media, photography and more. Admission: $9 adults, $8 seniors, $5 students. Santa swoops into Manatee County for an early visit 4-7:30 p.m. Dec. 1 and is bringing 10 tons of snow with him straight from the North Pole. This free fun, family event starts with Santa flying in by helicopter at 4 p.m. sharp. Visitors of all ages can enjoy a huge inflatable slide, bounce houses, a trampoline power jump, hayrides, cookie crafts and visits with the Jolly One himself. The public will be able to shop local vendors selling affordable items at all homes. Canned goods will be collected at each home on the tour for the Food Bank of Manatee.
