Patchy morning fog will give way to mostly sunny skies, a high near 77 and east-southerly winds of 5 to 9 mph. Winds will become westerly in the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
Tuesday night, skies will be mostly cloudy with a low around 62. Patchy fog is possible after 1 a.m.
